I want to share with you a bit about our special Christmas Eve Letter from Santa, and how it came into existence. The truth is, the only unfortunate negative impact of running a Letters from Santa service to help Santa out is the fact that my time is quite consumed by it in November and December. Not only am I often a sleep-deprived (sadly) grumpy mama, I am sometimes a bit lacking in the organizational department. I’ve gotten better over the years and attempt to get the maximum amount of preparation done ahead of time as possible. I try to get Christmas presents purchsed by the end of November, and wrapped well ahead of time, and try to have the Little Helper on her cards and gifts early too.
The kids will likely be thrilled to send Santa their Christmas wishes on these adorable free printable templates! Brought to you by Letters from Santa. Ironically, one thing I have found again and again I am just scrambling for in the very last second is making sure my own, personal little Holiday Helper gets her own Letter from Santa! I am aware it sounds ridiculous, but more often than once I discovered myself on Christmas Eve distressed because Santa had not sent a letter yet, and i also felt completely responsible! I still feel terrible thinking about how dutifully she would write and send off her Letter to Santa, only to sit and wait, and wait, and wait…
Which, my pals, is how the Christmas Eve Letter from Santa came to be! Santa and I enjoyed a good old chat concerning the situation, and that we worked together to create the Christmas Eve Letter. As well as the Stocking Stuffer Letter from Santa too, having said that i will tell you a little more about that in another post. Oh and that i may also inform you a little more about our Late Reply from Santa. Fortunately, I have never needed that a person, but my stats told me a large number of people might find it helpful. Having known the pain of dropping the letters from santa, I felt compelled to inquire about Santa to assist those parents out too!
Santa wants to send these special Christmas Eve Letters from his sleigh while en route from the North Pole! He reassures children that he is certainly on his way with their Christmas gift aboard. Also, he acknowledges that he knows they may be hoping for the gift, and that as he isn’t always in a position to bring just what they request, they know that they will love the gift which he selected simply for them. Better yet, Santa tells them just what wrapping paper to look for beneath the Christmas tree!
And classic Santa is enormously useful in encouraging them to get themselves off and away to their sugar plum dreams because he can’t are available in until these are fast asleep! Not just has he eased their anxieties about his arrival, but Santa helps to prevent any disappointment Christmas morning when they don’t find just what was on their own Christmas wish list!

After we finish any last minute errands (and then there is inevitably something!) and wrap any last second gifts, we bake fresh cookies for Santa and tuck in to a special Christmas Eve dinner. And naturally we sign in with NORAD’s Santa Tracker at regular intervals therefore we understand how close he or she is getting and when we must be able to bed!
